Robert Altman

I recently watched McCabe & Mrs. Miller. I’d actually never seen a Robert Altman movie before—or if I had, I didn't put two and two together. I usually just watch movies without paying much attention to who directed them. But since I really loved the vibe of this one, I decided to do my own little DIY Robert Altman marathon at home.

Here's the lineup:

• MASH, 1970
• McCabe & Mrs. Miller, 1971
• The Long Goodbye, 1973
• 3 Women, 1977
• The Player, 1992
• Short Cuts, 1993
• Gosford Park, 2001
