Sometimes, to quiet down the anxiety, instead of reaching for chocolate, booze, or binge-eating, we turn to mindless popcorn movies just to put our brains on autopilot. Pure brain fast food. That’s exactly where I’m at right now. I’ve got four movies lined up, each one probably worse than the last. Here’s what’s waiting on my watch list:

Woke up feeling semi-feverish, wandered around like a zombie for three hours, and crawled back into bed. Ended up having lunch at 4:30 PM. A wasted day in such a short existence—days like this shouldn't even count toward the Reaper's final ledger. A simple headache really alters your metaphysical understanding of the world.
